Through a module in ChildPlus Online, staff can easily send critical updates and instant messages to parents/guardians. Through the ChildPlus Communication mobile app, parents/guardians can view these messages and respond to staff directly to ensure a secure and private communication channel.
Send Photos and Files Instantly
In addition to sending instant messages throughout the day, staff can easily send images and important files as well to engage with parents/guardians better than ever.
Flexible Messaging Options
Staff can message multiple families in a mass group message and manage each response separately in private message threads. Parents/guardians can also choose to message specific staff members, or all staff associated with their child.
